If you care for your mental health please stay away from this school. The management micromanages everything, expect you to be super strict with the students, watch from outside your classroom door and yell at students from the hallway to sit nicely. They have observations of teacbers all the time, almost every week at the beginning and then at least twice a month. The amount of work you have to cover in class is almost impossible to cover it. In order to do so you need to do it yourself for the students otherwise it can't be finished on time. Management makes the environment very unpleasant, never smile and if they don't like you they will often yell at you. High expectations with deadlines in order to meet you have to just give students the answers so you can finish all the amount of work. I feel bad for the students attending this school.
