Altiora (Mokdong)

I would strongly advise against working at or even visiting this school or campus. The online image presented is very different from the reality. The school is housed in an old building that does not feel safe or suitable for children. In several classrooms, there is visible mold near the windows, and when parents visit, teachers are expected to clean it themselves using only wet wipes and no protective equipment.

There is also a noticeable divide between native and non-native teachers, creating a tense, adversarial atmosphere rather than a supportive one. Student well-being does not seem to be a genuine priority, and the workload expected of children is excessive for their age.

From a staff perspective, teachers are overworked and undervalued. Additionally, xxxxxxx communication style is often unprofessional and can be disrespectful, with a tendency to spread gossip that fosters further division among staff.

Overall, it is not an environment I would recommend for either students or teachers.
