In a nutshelll:

1) Late payments.

2) In meetings, teachers were routinely picked on and embarrassed in front of everybody. Incredibly uncomfortable.

3) The teachers were expected to clean their own classrooms, but not given sufficient supplies.

4) An all-round lack of support and guidance.

5) Too many Open Houses within a short space of time (most hagwons just organise one a year, but here ...). This caused the teachers a great deal of stress.

6) The teachers often felt unappreciated and unseen. The teachers would often buy materials and resources with their own money but receive no word of thanks.

7) The teachers were expected to move heavy furniture from one side of the school to the other, but were not informed until the last minute.
