TCIS (Thinking Christian International School)

If you are considering working here I highly advise against it. No matter how much they butter you up in the interview.

Their management style is either a game of Telephone or radio silence.

Favoritism is also worn on the sleeve. If you are not on their good side you can expect to be sidelined, recieve extra work, be micromanaged, etc.

Their turnover rate is also comically high. One class alone went through 5 different native teachers in the previous year. And as far as I know, 5 have also left this year.

They seem hellbent on "not being like a Korean school" all while handing out excessive amounts of homework and setting expectations that are way beyond realistic.

If you are on an E series visa they will have you **************.

They were also being openly homophobic in one of the teacher workshops so if that doesn't give you a good image of their character I'm not sure what will.
