Avoid FIS at all costs. This place is a complete disaster and will cause nothing but frustration, stress, and being disrespected.

Let s start with severance, the most recent anger inducing thing they ve done. The xxxxx made us open bank accounts for it, but gave us absolutely no information on how to access our money or when we would get it. We were left completely in the dark. If we hadn t figured it out on our own, we would have walked away with nothing. When we tried to go to the bank and sort things out, they didn t help at all giving us wrong information and blocking us from getting the answers we needed.

The xxxxx generally Completely unprofessional. We were constantly belittled and called lazy even though we were coming in early, staying late, and working weekends to meet their impossible demands. It was never enough. No matter how much effort we put in, it was met with criticism, and no recognition for the hard work we did. If they ever were told to be kinder, they would put on an act of being nice (completely fake and even doing aegyo at other fully grown adults to pretend to be nice) until the cycle of disrespect started again. They would add on extra tasks constantly and we were made to just figure it out , even if that meant we had to work on our days off.

When we brought up legitimate concerns, the response was always dismissive. It s your job, they d say, as if it didn t matter if the workload was unrealistic or unmanageable. There was no effort to listen, understand, or support us in any way.

Native xxxxxx tried to help as much as they could, but xxxxxx were so unreasonable that nothing could get through to them.

And once teachers gave notice they were leaving? It only got worse. We were treated like we were in the wrong for making that decision, with zero appreciation for the work we d put in.

If you care about your well-being, don t waste your time here. The disrespect, the stress, and the toxic environment are not worth it. Find a place where you are treated with respect, because you will not find that here.
