CRADA International Academy Korea, also goes by: CIK, Crada International School, CIK CRADA International, CIK CRADA International Kindergarten

The only reason you haven t seen even more posts about Crada International Academy Korea before is because of how deeply they ******** - I ve seen it myself. Working at Crada means constantly being **** (to put it VERY mildly), left on edge in fear every single day, and treated with zero professionalism. All the classic hagwon nightmare stories you read about? This one fits so very snuggly on that list.

Here s just some of what you can expect if you work at CIK:

Fighting tooth and nail for your *****.

Constant stress about housing, paperwork, and other important matters

Getting ***** for no reason during normal conversations

[redacted]

Being watched on CCTV cameras all day every single day for every single thing you say and do even outside of teaching in order to try to come up with elaborate alleged missteps about the most inconsequential and non teaching related behaviours. Teachers are constantly interrupted mid-class, humiliated in front of students over ridiculous things like how they re sitting or where their books are placed. Never once do they actually explain how they want teaching done. Unsurprisingly, [redacted]

Crada International Academy Korea forbids teachers from stepping outside during the day (not even for lunch), often gives zero personal breaks during a 9:00 5:30 shift, piles on unpaid extra work, [redacted], and [redacted] They spend every day glued to the CCTV cameras, not to help teachers improve, but [redacted]

CRADA calls itself an English-speaking academy for international kids, but the truth is it is a typical hagwon [redacted] and almost none of the staff speaks English The English teachers keep the school running and are used to help upkeep the schools brand, yet we re disrespected not only by leadership but also by local staff, [redacted]. Don t make the same mistake of thinking the international student population means this school will be tolerant of other cultures! [redacted] Please, for your wellbeing, don t make the same mistake I did!!
