WYATT Institute (Bundang)

I wanted to write a positive review about this place since I see a lot of misinformation about it online. Wyatt Institute is a senior kindergarten in the morning and an elementary academy in the afternoon. The hagwon is more academic. Staff is really understanding here, and will help you when you need it. You are not micromanaged (i.e no one is watching CCTV to find out what you're doing wrong). This hagwon isn't part of Francis Parker, and is very different. If you work for more than a year you can request additional holiday days (of course with notice). If something isn't working staff is willing to make changes. If you don't want to teach prep, staff is willing to give just elementary and vice versa. There is a lot of freedom to add material to the class as long as it uses material from the books. Honestly, the freedom is what I really enjoyed about this place.
