AMJ Academy (Seongnam)

As a former teacher at AMJ Academy in Seongnam, my experience was far from what I had hoped for. One of the most notable concerns is the high turnover rate among staff. Teachers leave unexpectedly, often without prior notice, which creates instability within the school and makes it difficult to maintain a consistent learning environment for students. It s clear that many teachers become overwhelmed by the workload and the lack of adequate support, contributing to their decision to leave.

The workload itself is a major challenge. Teachers are required to prepare individualized content, such as creating videos for each student, grading a large volume of tests, and providing detailed comments, all within tight timeframes. The administrative demands are high and often leave little time for lesson planning or providing quality support to students.

On top of this, the overall organization of the school is problematic. There are frequent last-minute changes, poor communication, and a lack of clarity about the day-to-day operations. This chaotic atmosphere often leads to confusion among staff, making it hard to stay on top of responsibilities and maintain a positive work environment.
