Twinkle (Ilsan)

Hi [redacted], I recently left Twinkle Ilsan and all I can say is that [redacted]. I ignored so many red flags early on which I regret to this day. I wanted to do a midnight run in the first month already. XXXXXX has no life outside of Twinkle and expects everyone to be just like him and to be at his beck and call 24/7, working around the clock, doing extra work on weekends, taking work home with them everyday, responding to queries during your personal time and always being in work mode. There is an alarmingly high turnover of teachers at the Ilsan branch. In the past few months I was there, management has been hiring over 4 times. They have still been hiring every month since then. The work environment is toxic, manipulative and exhausting. You will be constantly criticized, belittled, micromanaged, overworked, mentally and physically exhausted. Teachers are so mistreated, exploited and treated like slaves who are whipped into obedience. Management lacked organization, skill and, professionalism. Teachers were provided with minimal to no support. [redacted] When teachers raised concerns or asked for support, teachers who previously received little to no feedback suddenly experienced intense scrutiny, excessive criticism, fault finding and baseless complaints despite having taught consistently since the beginning of their employment. You have been warned. If you want to work at this place prepare to suffer.
