Please try to avoid this school at all costs if you can.

- They blame foreign teachers for parent complaints or business failings. They have not taken accountability for any problems since they opened.

- They micromanage and nag you if your classes aren't "fun" but they aren't trained in the franchise's methodology.

- They actively go against the advice of childhood education theories and concepts [redacted]

- They have very high employee turnover. They went through 3 Korean co-teachers in less than 2 months. They've been through about 12 teachers within the year they have been open.

- The schedule is overwhelming, under-planned, and unrealistic. You are teaching between 2-4 different age groups daily in kindergarten alone. There is no break in between the classes for the teachers or the students and they will scold you if you end class 5 minutes early to give your students that time.

- Lastly, they act like high schoolers by treating teachers they don't like with condescension and "[redacted]" behavior. Meaning they will talk behind your back, complain to other teachers about you without telling the whole situation, and complain to the boss but act like it was out of "concern".

For the sake of your own health, mental and physical, please don't work at this school.

The school is very disorganized. They don t know how to communicate responsibilities to their FTs. They have no understanding of the lesson plans and what it actually entails but want to micromanage you in doing what they want you to do. They don t follow the methodology of the school. You don t have your full lunch hour to yourself, you always teaching and don t have enough preparation time for your lessons. They have lost a total of 11 teachers in the space of 11 months. Be careful of this school.
