It was a nice school to work at, I didn't have any problems. The students were amazing and there is minimal prep as everything is prepared for you. I always got paid on time and red days were days off.
I worked for Worwick Franklin Institute in Ok-Dong and never had any issues. I always got paid on time, all the resources are ready for you, lunch was included, I never worked on holidays or red days, overtime was always paid and more than occasionally all the members of staff were bought coffee, which was a nice gesture from the managers. Most importantly if I ever had an issue then the manager would always make time to address the issue and help me. From my personal experience working at Ok-Dong I would say it’s a good work place.
I'd like to add Worwick Franklin Okdong to this green list. I worked there for a year and had an overall very positive experience. I had no issues during my time there, and the management was consistently supportive and professional.Whenever I had a question or concern, it was always addressed promptly and handled with care.
The environment at Worwick was extremely welcoming. Both the students and the staff made me feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy the work.
The curriculum was well organized, and if any changes needed to be made, you simply had to advise your assistant teacher. They were always very helpful, and you always felt free to ask questions whenever needed.
Pay was always reliable and on time. If payday fell on a weekend or holiday, payment was issued the business day before. There were never any missed or late payments, which I truly appreciated.
One of the highlights of working there was the opportunity to go on trips with the students. When the weather was nice, we were able to go on fun outings and create great memories together, which made the experience even more rewarding.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my time at Worwick. If it weren't for personal reasons that required me to return home, I would still be working there today. Before coming to Korea, I was honestly a bit skeptical because of the horror stories I had read online. However, my experience at Worwick completely exceeded my expectations, and I still speak highly of it to this day.
