Teaching and curriculum
Curriculum and teaching materials are provided
We use books from the big publishers in Korea. We use E-books or PPTs to help keep the kids on task. If you have a series you like, please let us know!
Team and management
We are a family business, which I know is a red flag.
English teachers are managed directly by the native speaker. Korean speaker (bilingual)'s role is parent communication.
Students and school
Our students are pretty typical elementary students. We are looking for someone with good classroom management skills. We back up our teachers, if there are problems, we are eager to hear about it and discuss with their parents. We keep class sizes a bit small, 8 students, absolute max is 10.
